This package is perfect for the client who has done all the planning and just wants a professional coordinator at the event. We play a vital role respectfully overseeing set up, vendors, answering questions, assisting all guests and participants, to ensure all the activities fall into place and everything runs smoothly.

• Complementary initial consultation with client
• Ten (10) hours of a professional coordinator present throughout your event
• Assist with all pre-event set up and oversee event
• Assist with questions, keep everyone in sync with timing of activities and any changes that may occur

This package is for the client who has some of the planning already done and due to time constraints or other reasons, needs assistance in getting to the finish line.

• Complementary initial consultation with client.
• Twenty (20) hours to complete the event
• Coordination of the wrap up meeting to finalize and pull everything together
• Put your event into perspective (vendors, timing, music, activities, important details, etc.)
• Walk through of event site and overseeing the event, and assuring the set up of everything the day of
